Danaher seeks an Engineering Manager to lead verification and validation for cloud-based applications at Radiometer. This role combines technical leadership with team management, overseeing test automation strategy and quality assurance across the product lifecycle for acute care diagnostics solutions.
Responsibilities
Define and execute verification and test automation strategy for cloud and web applications
Design and maintain enterprise-scale automated testing frameworks using C# and .NET
Lead implementation of UI, API, integration, regression, performance, and cloud validation automation
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing verification engineering team members
Foster culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Requirements
10+ years software verification and test automation experience
3+ years leading and developing engineering teams
Expert-level C#, .NET, Playwright/Selenium, and API automation skills
Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, preferably Azure
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous testing practices
Knowledge of performance testing, security validation, and production issue investigation
Healthcare/medical device industry experience preferred
