As a Facilities Team Leader, you'll supervise and coordinate activities related to facility services, equipment and utility operations, EHS, Equipment maintenance and breakdown, building maintenance etc, and . You'll guide a team ensuring our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence. Working in both cleanroom and general facility environments, you'll oversee daily operations including maintenance, safety systems, and regulatory compliance. You'll implement continuous improvement initiatives while managing vendor relationships and maintaining quality standards. This position offers growth opportunities in a collaborative culture that values innovation and professional development.
Bachelor's Engineering in Mechanical/Instrumentation & control or equivalent Degree,8+ years in pharma/equivalent engineering experience, including 3+ years in EHS management experience
