Danaher seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the design and development of cloud-based and web applications for diagnostics platforms. The role combines technical expertise with team leadership, focusing on modernization, cloud architecture, and operational excellence in a regulated healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance and oversight for cloud and web application development initiatives
Own delivery commitments for product enhancements, maintenance releases, and modernization projects
Lead cloud architecture initiatives and operational excellence programs
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing software engineering team members
Manage technical debt, component lifecycle, and cloud platform upgrades
Requirements
10+ years of software development experience
3+ years leading software engineering teams
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, https://jobeax.com/link/GrYTXLZMpxEMJknV MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server
Demonstrated proficiency with cloud technologies, preferably Azure
Knowledge of software design principles, design patterns, and cloud architecture patterns

Healthcare or medical devices industry experience preferred
