Springreen’s Engineering Associate Program (EAP) is designed to develop the next generation of software engineers through structured technical learning, hands-on product development, and enterprise project delivery.

We are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to build innovative technology solutions and grow into high-performing engineering professionals. Whether you’re a final-year student or a recent graduate, EAP provides an opportunity to learn modern technologies while contributing to real-world business solutions.

Engineering Associates may be aligned to one or more of the following technology practices based on business requirements and individual capability:

Full Stack Engineering
DevOps & Cloud Engineering
Generative AI & AI Agents
Business Automation & Digital Transformation

Eligibility

Final Year Engineering Students or Recent Graduates
Freshers (0 years of experience) are encouraged to apply
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and programming fundamentals
Passion for continuous learning and emerging technologies
Candidates from Salem or willing to relocate before joining

Program Journey Phase 1 – Engineering Readiness

Associates undergo a structured engineering readiness program that includes technical learning, collaborative development, internal product engineering, code reviews, technical assessments, and mentorship.

This phase is designed to build enterprise-grade engineering capabilities and prepare associates for customer-facing project delivery.

Phase 2 – Project Deployment

Upon successful completion of the Engineering Readiness phase, associates may be deployed to internal initiatives or client engagements based on organizational requirements, demonstrated technical proficiency, and project availability.

Career Progression

The Engineering Associate Program is designed to create a long-term engineering career pathway within Springreen. High-performing associates will have opportunities to work on enterprise projects, emerging technologies, and strategic product initiatives while advancing into specialized engineering roles.

Work Details

Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Shift: Day Shift Only (No Rotational or Night Shifts)
