Monitor supplier process control and performance using KPIs.
Report supplier performance status to Global SQA on a regular basis.
YOUR PROFILE:
Technical background with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field; training as a welding engineer is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in comparable positions.
Knowledge of quality management methods (e.g., Ishikawa, FMEA, 8D).
Training in quality management standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (e.g., TÜV, Bureau Veritas).
Convincing and professional manners toward both external and internal stakeholders.
Strong teamwork capabilities and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; Power BI skills are preferred.
Knowledge of APQP / APQP for Wind, QASL, LPA, and FTR.
Excellent English language skills.
Willingness to travel.
