In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Perform detailed analysis, design, and development of complex systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and quality.
  • Develop and enforce engineering best practices and standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
