Key Responsibilities

• Support in reducing machine breakdowns through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Execute 100% preventive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule.
• Execute predictive maintenance plans to improve equipment reliability.
• Support holiday and shutdown maintenance planning and execution.
• Modify PLC programs as per production and machine requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting of PLC-controlled machines and automation systems.
• Maintain machine health records and maintenance documentation.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and parameter setting of new equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Technical / Functional Skills

• Knowledge of Electrical Machine Drawing preparation and interpretation.
• Hands-on experience in Mitsubishi FX & Q Series PLC Programming (Digital & Analog I/O).
• Experience in Mitsubishi Servo Drives (J2S, J3 & J4 Series) including parameter setting, tuning, and installation.
• Hands-on experience with Vision Systems (Keyence/Cognex or similar industrial vision devices).
• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and machine breakdown handling.
• Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of maintenance documentation and reporting
