Responsibilities

• Design and optimize PCBA circuits while driving risk mitigation strategy
• Develop schematics and design documentation including DFMEA and requirements traceability
• Conduct electrical and regulatory testing; verify performance against specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design reviews and compliance requirements
• Mentor team members and coordinate with suppliers on manufacturing and functional testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• 10+ years of proven electrical engineering experience
• Proficiency with circuit design and simulation tools
• Strong knowledge of digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics
• Experience with regulatory compliance and testing standards
• Ability to mentor and lead technical teams independently
