Developing complex 3D assembly models and detailed 2D production drawings using platforms like SolidWorks or CATIA.
Design and Manufacture fixtures for battery module and pack assembly using SolidWorks or Catia.
Perform 1D,2D,3D tolerance stack up analysis for battery assembly stack.
Coordinate and work with product design team during initial concept designs phase for advance tooling concepts.
Support in prototype builds and ensure the process and tooling design are validated.
Collaborate closely with Design, Quality and internal teams to define optimal strategies in battery manufacturing.
Collaborate during battery module and pack assembly process like Laser welding, Adhesive dispensing etc.
Work with qualified suppliers for manufacturing the tooling, validation, commissioning etc.
CAD Proficiency - Expert-level capabilities in industry-standard CAD software such as SolidWorks or CATIA
Understanding of GD&T ASME Y14.5 and its applications.
