About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager or Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for client engagements. This role is responsible for successful project execution, from scope definition and planning through quality, timelines, and final outcomes.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lead status discussions, manage expectations, and translate complex business needs into actionable delivery plans. You will also lead and coordinate offshore teams across time zones, proactively remove blockers, allocate resources effectively, and keep delivery on track.

This position requires a strong understanding of the client's business context, the ability to constructively challenge assumptions, and a proactive approach to proposing solutions. Responsibilities include managing project plans, sprint and release cadences, status reporting, risks and issues, and stakeholder updates. You will also manage scope and change requests with client and internal teams.

You will be accountable for the quality of deliverables and the overall success of each engagement. Driving retrospectives and implementing process improvements will help improve delivery predictability and client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 7+ years in a similar role, such as Engagement Manager, Delivery Manager, or Program Manager, with a proven track record of owning offshore delivery for external clients.
• Delivery Ownership: Demonstrated end-to-end responsibility for scope, planning, execution, quality, and outcomes—not just facilitating ceremonies.
• Consultative Approach: Ability to understand client business challenges, ask insightful questions, and shape solutions.
• Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication skills, confidence in handling difficult conversations, and ability to serve as the primary client contact.
• Team Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional offshore teams and maintaining delivery accountability across time zones.
• Methodology Proficiency: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, project planning, risk and issue management, and stakeholder management.
• Availability: Willingness and ability to support EST business hours to collaborate effectively with US-based clients and stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certifications: PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications are a plus; demonstrated ownership experience is more important.
• Technical Skills: Experience with no-code/low-code platform projects is advantageous.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience with insurance clients is a plus.
