About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain embedded firmware in C and Python.
2. Work with Zephyr RTOS, FreeRTOS, or similar platforms.
3. Interface with sensors and peripherals using I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO, ADC, PDM, and interrupts.
4. Support data collection from PPG, IMU, temperature, microphone, force, and other wearable-device sensors.
5. Debug issues related to sampling, buffers, synchronization, sensor overflow, and data loss.
6. Support bluetooth low energy connectivity, data transfer, and firmware updates.
7. Analyse and improve power consumption through sleep modes, duty cycling, and efficient peripheral usage.
8. Develop and execute unit, integration, regression, and manufacturing tests.
9. Support factory-test firmware, device flashing, provisioning, and production debugging.
10. Review datasheets, firmware requirements, state machines, and technical specifications.
11. Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and root-cause analyses.

A. Primary:

1. Great attitude towards work, love for embedded systems, and proficiency in C. This is an in-office role.

B. Secondary:

1. Bachelor’s/Master's degree in electronics, electrical, computer science, embedded systems, or a related field.

2. Knowledge of microcontrollers, interrupts, timers, memory, and communication protocols.

3. Familiarity with I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO, and basic RTOS concepts.

4. Ability to read datasheets and basic hardware schematics.

5. Familiarity with Git and embedded debugging tools.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Excellent learning attitude.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,40,000 - 6,60,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 40,000 - 60,000 /year
