This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position. The interview process includes an initial virtual round, followed by a final in-person interview with the Managing Director at their office. This role requires on-site work only—no hybrid or remote options are available.
Strong communication skills are essential, and candidates must have prior experience in the Electronics and Electrical industry.
Key Skills & Expertise
Proficiency in C/C++ programming
Deep understanding of serial communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, CAN), IP protocols, display interfaces, and hardware subsystems
Hands-on experience with microprocessors
Role Overview
As an Electronic R&D Engineer, you will design and develop embedded software for systems—including motor control algorithms, embedded hardware control cards, and camera modules—primarily for industrial and military applications across land, sea, and air platforms. You will also contribute to the integration of electronic components in alignment with application-specific requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design and develop algorithms and flowcharts for software platforms used in BMS, chargers, motor drivers, and other power electronics subsystems.
Lead software development—from high-level architecture and algorithm design to low-level coding in C/C++.
Develop and support controllers for proof-of-concept (POC) implementations using ST, PIC, and ARM microcontrollers.
Write robust, efficient, and maintainable code in C or C++.
Apply expertise in serial communication protocols, IP protocols, display interfaces, and hardware subsystems to system-level design.
Design, develop, code, test, and debug system software to meet functional and performance requirements.
Conduct literature reviews, research, and algorithm development as part of the innovation cycle.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams—including peers, junior engineers, and stakeholders—to ensure timely project delivery.
Required Competencies
Programming Languages: C, Embedded C, C++, and Assembly language
Hands-on Experience With:
Microprocessors/Microcontrollers (especially ST and PIC families)
MIPI Camera Interface circuit design
Motor control algorithms—particularly Field-Oriented Control (FOC) or Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) for BLDC and PMSM motors
Software Protocols: USB 3.0, HDMI, Ethernet, MIPI-CSI, SPI, I2C, UART, RS232, CAN, GSM, GPS, Bluetooth, ADC, PWM, and Wi-Fi
Development Tools: MPLAB IDE (C18), Keil uVision4, IAR, LabVIEW, and MATLAB
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in embedded software design
