This will help you grow:
Develop and optimize routing layouts for electrical harnesses, pneumatic brake lines, and hydraulic circuits within cabin and chassis architectures using CATIA V5 EHI.
Create and maintain 3D models, assemblies, drawings, and routing documentation for electrical and pneumatic systems throughout the product development lifecycle.
Generate and interpret electrical functional schematics, pneumatic diagrams, and routing standards to support system integration activities.
Utilize PLM tools such as Windchill for engineering change management, design release activities, BOM generation, and documentation control.
Create and maintain 3D models, assemblies, drawings, and routing documentation for electrical and pneumatic systems throughout the product development lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Vehicle Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Brake Systems, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Supplier Engineering to resolve integration challenges.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in electrical harness, pneumatic/hydraulic routing, vehicle packaging, or integration engineering.
Strong knowledge of electrical harnesses, pneumatic braking systems, hydraulic routing, chassis architecture, and vehicle integration.
Hands-on experience with CATIA V5, EHI, Assembly Design, Drafting, and 3D packaging.
Experience in routing concepts, installation layouts, clearance analysis, interference checks, and design validation.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring layouts, pneumatic diagrams, and routing documentation.
Knowledge of PLM tools such as Windchill, OAS, or equivalent for BOM, design release, and engineering changes.
Understanding of commercial vehicle systems, OEM/Tier-1 development processes, manufacturing feasibility, and serviceability.
European/German OEM experience, German language skills, and relevant CATIA or vehicle integration certifications.
