Job Description :Support the Operations team as a Senior Data Analyst by leading the design, development, and maintenance of advanced data dashboards and performance https://jobeax.com/link/i21BaHjhBBjmAvy7 will be responsible for :- Building and automating complex Power BI reports and analytics solutions.- Integrating and transforming data from multiple sources via APIs and ETL pipelines.- Managing data workflows using Power Automate, PowerShell, and SharePoint.- Ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability across all datasets and reports.- Monitoring operational KPIs and validating data used for performance tracking and decision-making.- Providing actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.- You will also contribute to the evolution of our data ecosystem, working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Azure/AWS, defining best practices for data governance, and supporting junior analysts in adopting robust analytics and data quality https://jobeax.com/link/YJ5nlh62dVW3Umxv Requirements :- 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operations performance (preferably in an international environment).- Proven experience in data quality management (data validation, reconciliation, anomaly detection, data governance practices).- Strong expertise in Power BI (advanced dashboarding, data modeling, DAX optimization, performance tuning).- Solid experience in reporting and process automation (Power Automate, PowerShell, SharePoint, scheduling and monitoring of data workflows).- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, scenario analysis).- Strong SQL and query skills; ability to work with large datasets and optimize queries.- Hands-on experience with APIs and ETL pipelines for data integration from multiple systems.- Good knowledge of data lake / cloud platforms (Snowflake strongly preferred).- Experience with Azure and/or AWS data services (e.g., data storage, compute, integration tools).- Ability to translate business needs into analytical requirements and to challenge data and assumptions.- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
