Job Summary:
The EHS & Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and managing the site's Environment, Health & Safety, Sustainability, Engineering Maintenance, Utilities and Facility Management functions.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance Planning & Execution
Full statutory and regulatory compliance
Prevention of injuries, occupational illnesses and environmental incidents
Implementation of corporate EHS policies and standards
Effective ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
Reliable and safe operation of plant machinery and utilities
Preventive and predictive maintenance effectiveness
Equipment reliability and reduction of unplanned downtime
Effective energy and resource management
Engineering and EHS project execution
Sustainability and emission reduction
Emergency preparedness
Continuous improvement in safety, environmental and operational performance
EHS, Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with all applicable EHS and statutory requirements, including TNPCB, DISH, Fire & Rescue Services, CEIG, DTCP and other regulatory authorities.
