We are seeking experienced education and tutoring professionals to contribute to a project focused on training and improving next-generation AI systems.
You will use your real-world teaching and tutoring experience to participate in realistic educational conversations, demonstrate effective teaching approaches, and provide clear, accurate support across different learning situations.
No prior AI experience is required. Your practical knowledge of teaching, tutoring, academic support, and learner engagement is what matters most.
Participate in realistic one-on-one tutoring and educational conversations.
Simulate common tutoring situations, including explaining concepts, answering questions, guiding learners, and providing academic support.
Provide clear, accurate explanations suited to different learning needs and levels.
Demonstrate effective teaching techniques, active listening, questioning, and student engagement.
Adapt your communication and teaching approach based on a learner's understanding, needs, and progress.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance in a supportive and professional manner.
Follow project guidelines to ensure conversations are natural and representative of real-world tutoring and teaching interactions.
Professional experience as a teacher, private tutor, academic tutor, educator, academic coach, or in a comparable role.
Several years of hands-on teaching, tutoring, or academic support experience is preferred.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt explanations to different learners.
Experience conducting one-on-one tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or academic coaching sessions.
Strong active listening, patience, and student engagement skills.
Comfortable working remotely and participating in paired conversation sessions.
This opportunity is well suited to educators and tutors who are comfortable working directly with learners and adapting their approach to different levels of understanding.
You should be able to explain ideas clearly, ask effective questions, listen carefully, recognize when a learner needs additional support, and adjust your approach accordingly.
Prior experience with AI training or evaluation is not required.
The rate is $50–$100 per hour, equivalent to approximately $104,000–$208,000 per year based on 40 hours per week and 52 weeks per year.
Actual earnings will depend on hours worked, project duration, and applicable contract terms.
