About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Amazon Ads team in managing campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
2. Support Flipkart Ads management and related campaign activities
3. Support the brand manager in optimizing listings, including titles, bullet points, keywords, and A+ content
4. Pull and analyze weekly performance data using Amazon Seller Central and Excel/Google Sheets
5. Identify underperforming keywords or products and flag them for optimization
6. Help monitor budgets, ACOS, and daily ad spend trends
7. Coordinate with the operations team for stock checks, shipment planning, and catalog issues
8. Learn to audit and improve overall account health metrics, including sessions, CVR, and sales growth

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 10,001 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 /year
