About the job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow the company's presence across various e-commerce marketplaces. The role involves marketplace operations, product listings, inventory coordination, order management, performance tracking, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage seller accounts and day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces.
2. Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, titles, keywords, and pricing.
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/operations team for timely stock replenishment.
4. Manage orders, returns, cancellations, replacements, and customer-related queries.
5. Track sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other key marketplace metrics.
6. Ensure accurate product cataloguing and compliance with marketplace guidelines and policies.
7. Coordinate with marketing, operations, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth order fulfilment.
8. Monitor competitor pricing, product listings, promotions, and market trends.
9. Plan and execute marketplace promotions and offers as required.
10. Monitor product visibility, ratings, reviews, and overall marketplace performance.
11. Identify issues related to listings, inventory, orders, payments, or account health and ensure timely resolution.
12. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce performance reports.
13. Analyze marketplace data and provide insights to improve sales, visibility, and overall performance.
14. Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, sales, returns, and other marketplace activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.

2. 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.

3. Hands-on experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, or similar platforms.

4. Good knowledge of product listing, catalogue management, inventory, and order processing.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

7. Strong communication and coordination skills.

8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

9. Attention to detail and a result-oriented approach.

10. Proficiency in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, product listing, catalog management, inventory management, order management, sales analysis, competitor research, Excel, reporting, and marketplace optimization.
