Voeden India is hiring for E-commerce Operations Manager
About the Company
Voeden India is a growing business operating across Agriculture, Livestock, and Food & Beverage, with an expanding presence across online marketplaces and digital commerce channels. The company is seeking an E-commerce Operations Manager to take ownership of marketplace execution and help strengthen day-to-day online business operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms, including seller accounts, account health, tickets, escalations, and marketplace support coordination.
- Own the complete product listing lifecycle, including titles, descriptions, attributes, specifications, images, A+ content, compliance, and new product launches.
- Monitor orders and fulfilment, coordinate with warehouse and internal teams, and track cancellations, returns, RTOs, delivery issues, and operational resolutions.
- Manage marketplace claims and reconciliation for lost or damaged shipments, short shipments, and other discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory, coordinate replenishment, identify stock-outs and mismatches, and maintain accurate warehouse-to-marketplace records.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain Excel or Google Sheets dashboards covering orders, sales, returns, cancellations, inventory, claims, and recurring operational issues.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and/or Meesho.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, marketplace knowledge, follow-up ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with warehouses, marketplace teams, and internal stakeholders while managing multiple activities with attention to detail.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, with salary aligned to the candidate’s current CTC and relevant experience.
