KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Account Ownership & Revenue Growth: Manage relationships with top e-commerce marketplace accounts (Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) to negotiate terms, secure optimal digital shelf space, and achieve
monthly/quarterly sales targets.
2. Assortment Planning & Merchandising: Work closely with central category teams to plan channel-exclusive product lines, manage stock intake, optimize product listing visibility, and align seasonal collection launches.
3. Promotions & Campaign Planning: Design and execute platform-specific promotional calendars (e.g., Myntra EORR, Amazon Great Indian Festival, Nykaa Pink Friday) to maximize ROI and sales velocity.
4. Digital Marketing & Visibility: Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize Sponsored Ads, Brand Stores, and platform-native banner media buys.
5. Inventory Management & Operations: Monitor stock availability (fill rate, inventory turns, aging inventory) across fulfillment centers (FBA, Myntra PPMP, Direct-to-Consumer) to prevent stockouts and cut excess storage costs.
6. Financial Reconciliation & P&L: Oversee commercial terms, discounts, platform commission structures, return rates (RTO/Returns management), and ensure healthy bottom-line profitability across accounts.

7. Data Analytics & Reporting: Track key e-commerce metrics (CTR, Conversion Rate, ASP, ROAS, Inventory Health) and provide weekly performance insights to senior executive leadership.
