Key Responsibilities:

1. Agency & Paid Ads Management: Oversee and evaluate the performance of external digital marketing agencies running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
2. Track and maximize ROAS, performance metrics, and ad efficiency.
3. Website Operations & Optimization: Ensure smooth, error-free website functionality, eliminate technical slowdowns or downtime, and continuously test and optimize user journeys to improve conversion rates (CRO).
4. Ecommerce & Revenue Growth: Manage digital catalog listings, pricing, promotional campaigns, and marketplace operations to drive overall online sales volume and revenue targets.
5. Analytics & Performance Tracking: Regularly track, analyze, and report on key metrics using web analytics tools to identify trends, drop-offs, and revenue growth opportunities.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and sales teams to align product launches, inventory availability, and promotional calendars.
