About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, shipping, delivery tracking, returns and issue resolution.
2. Handle inbound enquiries across WhatsApp, phone and email, assist customers and convert enquiries into successful orders.
3. Support marketing activities, including campaign coordination, CRM, customer follow-ups, email and WhatsApp communication.
4. Work with Shopify and other business platforms to maintain accurate product, order and customer information.
5. Coordinate with logistics partners, suppliers, marketing agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
6. Analyse sales, order and operational reports to identify problems, missed opportunities and areas for improvement.
7. Identify repetitive tasks and help improve workflows using technology, AI tools and better processes.
8. Take ownership of daily priorities, follow through on pending issues and contribute across functions as business needs evolve.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹16,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,60,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 40,000 - 60,000 /year
