About the job

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive E-Commerce & Government Tender Operations Executive to manage end-to-end seller operations on Amazon, GeM (Government e-Marketplace), Etsy, and other marketplaces. The candidate will handle product listings, tender documentation, compliance, pricing, inventory management, and office administrative data.

Key responsibilities:

A. E-Commerce Account Management (Amazon, Etsy, etc.):
1. Create, update, and optimize product listings, cataloging, and inventory management.
2. Monitor order processing, dispatch updates, and customer query handling.
3. Track seller metrics, account health, and promotional campaigns.
4. Government Tender & GeM Portal Operations:
5. Search, analyze, and process relevant government tenders on the GeM portal.
6. Prepare and upload complete tender documentation, technical compliance sheets, and price bids accurately.
7. Track bid statuses, direct purchase orders, and vendor registration processes.

B. Documentation & Data Management:
1. Maintain clean, organized documentation for all tender submissions and vendor onboarding.
2. Manage day-to-day operational data, sales trackers, and reporting spreadsheets.
3. Coordinate administrative workflow and record-keeping between teams.

Candidate Preferences & Working Conditions:

1. Location Preference: Must reside in nearby/neighboring areas for smooth daily commuting.
2. Work Days: 6 Days Working (In-Office).
3. Work Ethic: Strong multitasking skills, structured data organization, and ability to meet strict tender deadlines.

4. Communication: Clear written and verbal communication for handling vendor queries and tender specifications.
