HydroNest India is a fast-growing water treatment solutions company backed by Asha Resins Ltd., bringing over 30 years of industry experience. We supply a comprehensive range of water treatment equipment and components for residential, commercial, and industrial applications (including RO plants, water softeners, FRP vessels, valves, and pumps).

We are looking for a detail-oriented and digitally proficient E-Commerce Executive to manage our online product catalogue, Shopify website operations, IndiaMART listings, and online order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website & Marketplace Management: Manage our Shopify website and IndiaMART storefront; create, upload, and optimize product listings with accurate specifications, images, and categories.
2. Catalogue Management: Maintain a centralized product database, ensuring complete consistency across all digital channels.
3. Order Fulfilment: Monitor website orders, coordinate dispatch with the warehouse team, and manage shipments via platforms like Shiprocket.
4. ERP & Inventory Coordination: Keep item codes, stock availability, and pricing synced across Shopify, IndiaMART, and our internal ERP systems.

A. Preferred:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, IT, etc.)

4. Great interpersonal skills and a collaborative, friendly team player

B. Candidate Requirements:

1. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or digital catalogue handling.

2. Hands-on experience with Shopify, IndiaMART, or similar platforms.

3. Strong command of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and high attention to detail.

4. Freshers or early-career professionals with exceptional digital skills and a background/interest in technical/industrial products are welcome to apply.
