About Project: Systra is appointed to provide Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System Of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project

We are seeking applications:
Position: Dy. Chief Expert cum Auditor-overall ITC

Hiring for Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project
Location: Site

Missions/Main Duties

This position shall report to Chief Expert- Overall ITC. The activities of the position shall include but not limited to:
1. Audit of all overall ITC activities and provide reports to the PD/Chief-Expert/Client(NHSRCL).
2. To act as lead member in ITC Coordination team.
3. Audit and review the ITC Overall Basic Document, integrated Overall ITC Detail Plan and Overall ITC Plans issued by each Contractor.
4. Audit the tests related to Overall ITC (as applicable).
6. Audit test results and advise corrective actions and/or additional tests to the Contractors.
8. Audit the summarized/ compiled progress reports and recommendation on the Overall ITC.
10. Assist and coordinate with different parties i.e. contractors, ISA, RDSO,CMRS etc.
11. Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by PD and Client (NHSRCL).
This position stands in for all roles and responsibilities of the Chief Expert-Integration, Testing and Commissioning during his absence.

Profile/Skills

Min. Qualification: Engineering Graduate (B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics stream or equivalent)

Min. Experience:
(i) Engineering Graduate with overall 15 years, or Engineering Diploma with overall 18 years of experience in Rail-based Transit System project(s)*.

(ii) 08 years of experience inOverall Integration, Testing and Commissioning of various Systems including Operation & Maintenance (O&M) in Rail-based Transit System project(s)*.

Rail-based Transit System project(s) shall mean High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects as defined below:

• High-Speed Railways projects (ETCS based) with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Semi High-Speed Railways including Urban/Suburban/ Intercity/ Regional Passenger Transit Systems, projects with operational speed equal to or greater than 160 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Metro Railways excluding LRT/Tram/Monorail Systems, projects shall only be considered for evaluation.
