About the job

Examate is looking for passionate and technically skilled candidates to join our team as DSA Technical Mentor Interns (Java/Python). Selected candidates will be responsible for delivering technical training, mentoring engineering students, and supporting placement-oriented learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver interactive technical training sessions to engineering students.
2. Conduct approximately 6 hours of teaching/training sessions per day, 6 days per week.
3. Teach Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) using Java or Python.
4. Explain programming concepts and problem-solving techniques clearly.
5. Guide students in coding practice, technical assessments, and interview preparation.
6. Complete assigned training modules and syllabus within the specified timelines.
7. Monitor student progress and support practical learning activities.
8. Coordinate with the internal team regarding training schedules and daily progress.
9. Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and quality in training delivery.

Imp Details:

1. Work Mode: On-site
2. Working Days: 6 Days per Week
3. Teaching Hours: Approximately 6 Hours per Day

Note: Selected candidates will initially undergo a 3-month paid probation, after which they will be considered for full-time employment at Examate, based on their performance, technical competency, and overall suitability for the role.

Other requirements

4. Strong knowledge of Java or Python.

5. Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms.

6. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

7. Good communication and presentation skills.

8. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

9. Passion for teaching and mentoring engineering students.
