We are currently seeking a BFS solution architect to join our team in India (hybrid/remote), reporting to the Global Head of BFS Solutions, Agentic AI and BPS.

Location: Hybrid/Remote Type: Full-Time Role

Overview:

You will design AI native solutions for lending and banking operations within the BFS solutioning team. You will work alongside client stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to map current state operations and Co create the future state processes and solution designs for banks and financial services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Understand BFS client workflows (commercial / small business lending, onboarding, servicing, KYC / AML) and pain points
• Design solution components for ai-native landing operations, leveraging modular agentic platforms
• Define data and process models in collaboration with ontology and ML teams
• Translate client needs into use cases, requirements and demo scenarios
• Build business cases, collateral, and inputs to proposals, RFPs, and POVs
• Support client presentations and workshops, presenting solutions sections to senior stakeholders

Required Skills :

• 8-12 years in the BFS domain, with depth in lending operations
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and BPS
• Experience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS models
• Excellent client-facing communication and executive storytelling skills
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, even if not hands-on

Preferred Skills :

• Onboarding and KYC / AML familiarity
• Exposure to collections, loss mitigation, or mortgage and consumer lending business processes
• Understanding of model risk management and AI governance
• Hands-on knowledge of intelligent document processing for spreading, statements, and loan documents
• Lean Six Sigma certification; MBA
