Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets for joint replacement implants and VELYS robotic surgery solutions
Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospital teams, and key decision-makers
Generate demand, negotiate contracts, and close business opportunities in assigned territories
Conduct surgeon training, product demonstrations, and provide clinical support activities
Manage distributor performance, inventory levels, and monitor market trends
Requirements
MBA (full-time) preferred; graduate degree mandatory
Minimum 5 years medical device sales or orthopedic pharmaceutical experience
Joint replacement or orthopedics industry experience preferred
Proven experience managing surgeon key opinion leaders and hospital accounts
Fluent in Hindi and English
Strong sales negotiation and key account management capabilities
