About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support to Distributor Sales Team: Provide field-based technical support for the Industrial businesses of ExxonMobil Lubricants. Adapt standard technical proposals to meet specific customer needs, conduct engaging presentations on the benefits of ExxonMobil lubricants, troubleshoot complaints, and offer basic training to distributor teams.
2. Value Creation: Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging innovative thinking and benefit selling to create customer-recognized value.
Product Performance Trials: Support ongoing field trials of high-performance oils & greases through regular visits, ensuring proper coordination and communication with stakeholders.
3. Equipment Inspections: Conduct thorough equipment inspections using ExxonMobil testing devices like a borescope and thermal imager to identify problems and performance parameters.
4. Customer Complaints: Manage and resolve customer complaints related to application or lubricant issues, providing valuable inputs for Root Cause Failure Analysis reports.
5. Product Knowledge: Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of ExxonMobil's range of Industrial lubricants to deliver exceptional value to customers.
6. Industry Exposure: Gain exposure to multiple industries such as cement, power, and steel plants, enhancing your technical expertise and broadening your professional network.
7. Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning opportunities to stay updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
8. Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and internal teams.
