Cencora seeks a Director of Treasury to lead global cash management operations, banking relationships, and treasury projects. The role encompasses day-to-day operational oversight, implementation of cash pooling and in-house banking initiatives, and ensuring compliance across international subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flows, banking operations, and treasury functions including ACH transfers and wire administration
• Oversee global cash pool activity, in-house banking setup, and short-term cash forecasting
• Lead treasury process improvements and implement in-house banking and multi-notional cash pool initiatives
• Support M&A activities, due diligence on acquisition targets, and integration of treasury operations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and banking governance protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, cash management, or related functions
• 8+ years of experience in a management or leadership capacity
• Sound understanding of accounting, tax, capital markets, and treasury systems
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), CPA, CFA, or equivalent finance certification preferred
• Proven ability to lead global teams and manage shared service centers
• Strong financial analysis, communication, and process improvement skills
