Responsibilities

• Establish strategic direction and oversee R&D initiatives for antibody-based solutions
• Lead product development programs from concept through commercialization with cross-functional teams
• Build, develop, and mentor teams of scientists, engineers, and technical specialists
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements throughout development
• Drive innovation initiatives and continuous improvement across research programs

Requirements

• Advanced degree plus 6 years R&D experience in regulated industries, or Bachelor's plus 8 years with 5+ years in leadership
• Background in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Engineering
• Proven track record delivering innovative products from concept to market
• Expert-level knowledge in diagnostics, biologics, or instrumentation domains
• Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory frameworks (FDA, ISO, GMP)
• Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and manage scientific and technical teams
• Strategic business acumen with project management and budget oversight experience
