Our work involves building AI-first scalable services for healthcare administration tasks such as credentialing, onboarding, and managing brokers, providers, members, and claims.
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic engineering team based in our Bengaluru office. This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role where you will not only manage and mentor engineers but also actively contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of our scalable and robust SaaS platform. You will drive the adoption of modern, microservices-based and agentic-AI architectures and ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient software solutions, collaborating closely with our US-based product and business teams.

Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product management, QA, operations, and business stakeholders), including US-based counterparts, to define requirements and solutions. Participate in agile development processes and document architectural and system designs.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
