About this Role
We are looking for someone who can become the operating system of the company. This is not a traditional PMO or chief of staff role. You will own execution across every department. You will build and own an AI-powered operating system with disciplined tracking of Zappsec’s delivery standard. Your mission is to ensure every company objective becomes defined work and every piece of work has an accountable owner.
Responsibilities
Company-Wide Execution
Drive execution across Sales, Marketing, Technical Delivery, Partnerships, Finance, HR, and Operations.
Translate executive strategy into detailed execution plans with dates, owners, and dependencies.
Build accountability systems that hold across the organization.
Identify blockers before they become risks.
Escalate issues early, and bring a proposed solution with each one.
AI Operations
Design AI-driven workflows that:
Convert meetings into assigned, dated tasks.
Route work to the right owner automatically.
Generate executive summaries without manual write-ups.
Predict schedule risk before a deadline is missed.
