About Zappsec

Zappsec is an AI-first intelligent infrastructure company. We work across Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, Identity, and Enterprise AI. We partner with enterprise customers to design, build, secure, and modernize complex technology environments. We are scaling fast. Execution discipline is becoming one of our strongest competitive advantages.

About this Role

We are looking for someone who can become the operating system of the company. This is not a traditional PMO or chief of staff role. You will own execution across every department. You will build and own an AI-powered operating system with disciplined tracking of Zappsec’s delivery standard. Your mission is to ensure every company objective becomes defined work and every piece of work has an accountable owner.

Design AI-driven workflows that:

Convert meetings into assigned, dated tasks.
Route work to the right owner automatically.
Generate executive summaries without manual write-ups.
Predict schedule risk before a deadline is missed.
Recommend priorities and surface bottlenecks.
