Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years data engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership or lead engineer capacity
• Proven track record building large-scale data platforms and pipelines in enterprise environments
• Strong technical skills in Python, Java, SQL, Spark, Databricks, and AWS cloud platforms
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT, CI/CD, containerization, and security/compliance concepts
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and coach in product-centric, agile environments
• Strategic mindset with strong communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills
