Key responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Content: Manage Polysil's social media platforms, create content calendars, reels, posts and campaigns, and develop engaging content around products, agriculture, farmers and dealers.
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Plan and execute Meta/Google campaigns, generate and track leads, support dealer/customer acquisition, and coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up.
3. Analytics & Brand Growth: Monitor digital performance, website/SEO activities and campaign metrics, prepare reports, identify trends, and implement ideas to strengthen Polysil's digital presence and brand visibility. Skill(s) required
