We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies while managing and guiding the marketing team. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and enhancing online engagement across multiple digital platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and ensuring marketing activities align with overall business objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies
Manage and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, social media, etc.)
Oversee SEO, website performance, and content marketing initiatives
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and automation
Analyse campaign performance and generate actionable insights
Manage social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Lead, manage, and motivate the marketing team to achieve targets and KPIs
Set monthly performance goals and monitor team productivity
Identify emerging trends and opportunities in digital marketing
Minimum 5+ year experience in digital marketing or a similar role
Proven track record of managing and leading a marketing team
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
Strong analytical ability with a data-driven decision-making approach
Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and content creation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

You are required to work parallel to UK office hours. Regular working hours are 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and during UK daylight saving time 12:30 PM to 09:30 PM on weekdays. Weekends and UK bank holidays are off.
