About the Company

TechLift Digital creates practical, career-focused digital courses that help learners build relevant skills for the modern workplace. We are looking for a creative and proactive intern to help strengthen our digital presence and communicate the value of our learning offerings through engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, reels, captions, stories, and campaign assets.
• Design attractive ad creatives that support course promotions and lead-generation campaigns.
• Use AI video tools to produce short, informative, and visually appealing videos for course marketing.
• Plan and execute social media growth strategies to improve reach, engagement, and audience quality.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor content performance, identify trends, and suggest practical improvements based on audience response.

Requirements

• Strong interest in digital content creation, social media marketing, and online education.
• Good written communication, visual sense, and storytelling ability.
• Comfort with creative design tools, social media platforms, and AI-enabled content tools is preferred.
• MBA or BBA background is preferred, though candidates with strong relevant skills may also apply.
• Ability to work independently in a fully on-site role in Chennai and meet agreed timelines.
• Creative thinking, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to experimentation are important.

This is a 3-month, full-time internship with a monthly stipend of ₹6,000 to ₹15,000. Selected interns will receive a certificate and letter of recommendation. High-performing interns may be considered for a pre-placement opportunity with a full-time conversion CTC of ₹2.5–3 LPA.
