The Platform's advanced capabilities enable leading global enterprises to achieve an improved digital experience, faster triage, and cost efficiency.
This is a mid-level position on the HeadSpin India Build and Release team. The team is responsible for collaborating with other engineering teams and operations both in a support role and in designing, implementing and maintaining high-quality pipelines and tooling to ensure reliable deployment of HeadSpin's platform and product.
Work closely with the engineering team to address and resolve deployment issues in a timely manner.
Review and provide feedback on code reviews to ensure high code quality and alignment with product vision and goals.
Work with other team members to design and deliver software solutions in a distributed system environment.
Create tooling to reduce toil and increase the reliability of error-prone processes for the software engineering and operations teams.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience with backend development in Python
Familiarity with macOS and Linux command-line environments.
Understanding of and experience using source control software such as git.
Experience with BASH.
Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible. Experience with any containerization technology such as:
Docker
Kubernetes
Understanding of and experience with back-end development and technologies, such as:
SQL or NoSQL databases
Experience working with cloud hosting platforms such as:
Bonus points
Networking knowledge.
