We are seeking an experienced Copilot Studio / Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of AI-powered automation solutions supporting Kenvue's Procurement and Finance transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with the Senior Director, Procurement & Finance and Enterprise Architecture team to define scalable solution architectures, establish governance standards, and deliver business-focused AI agents and automation capabilities.
Solution Architecture & Design
Lead end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and AI-powered business solutions.
Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for optimization and scalability.
Microsoft Copilot Studio & AI Agents
Design and implement AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Build conversational experiences for Procurement and Finance business scenarios.
Define prompt orchestration, grounding strategies, AI governance, and monitoring practices.
Power Platform Leadership
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
Power BI (desirable)
~ Design integrations with ERP and enterprise systems such as:
ServiceNow
SharePoint
Microsoft 365
Drive process automation opportunities across Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Finance operations.
Experience
10+ years of overall IT experience.
5+ years of Power Platform solution architecture experience.
2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio experience.
Proven track record designing enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions.
Experience leading architecture initiatives from discovery through deployment.
