Corporate Development and M&A
Reporting to Senior Vice President, and Global Head of Corporate Development, the Senior Director will shape and execute the company's M&A strategy, oversee end-to-end transaction execution, and ensure successful integration to unlock strategic and financial value.
This is a high-impact, enterprise-facing role requiring deep strategic thinking, financial rigor, and strong cross-functional leadership.
Lead proactive sourcing efforts, including founder outreach and strategic relationship building
Manage banker ecosystem and private equity relationships to generate high-quality proprietary and intermediated opportunities
Target evaluation and financial modeling
Ensure disciplined capital allocation and risk assessment
Track and report post-deal performance against investment thesis
Governance & Intelligence
Develop structured market intelligence capability
Work with the leadership including Business Unit leaders, and CFO, to lead and execute M&A transactions
Enhance long-term shareholder value through high-quality deal execution
Build a scalable and institutionalized corporate development function
MBA from a top-tier business school (Indian or international)
