Supplier Developmentof Mobility and Electrical parts with various suppliers as per Eaton standard requirements, APQP, PPAP completion and excute the flaw less launch.
Supplier improvement and maintain the supplier performance.
Implement measures to improve CAR/CAPA, Process efficiency and engage Team to achieve Goals for on time closures
6 Assist in data analysis and business growth for various supplier Quality process
Work as a co- coordinator between suppliers and internal functions/plants (Engineering, Plants, Operations, etc.) Monitor and communicate supplier performance of all key suppliers.
Lead projects in team and act as SPOC for multiple sites and customers.
Ensure strong engagement with all affected site Quality,SQE, SDE, SCM,CM and Engineering team.
BE in (Mechanical/Production/Electrical/ Industrial Engineering
Minimum 610 years of experience in, Manufacturing / or Process Engineering and Supplier Development and Quality
Experience in working with global customers & suppliers.
Working knowledge of statistical tools including SPC, Gauge R&R and capability analysis, Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as Precision machining/Casting /Forging /Molding is preferred as per sequence.
