The role focuses on configuring agentic coding tools, creating reusable prompt and rules files, integrating MCP servers, automating developer workflows, and validating tooling before rollout. Candidates must demonstrate that their tools or automation have been adopted by other developers—not merely that they personally use AI tools.

Test and validate templates, agent configurations, and scripts before rollout.
Maintain version control for prompts, configuration files, and developer tooling.
Measure adoption, gather developer feedback, troubleshoot issues, and improve the developer experience.

5+ years of overall professional experience in developer tooling, DevEx, automation, platform engineering, or a related technical role.
At least 1 year of hands-on AI-assisted delivery.
Practical experience with multiple agentic coding tools and their configurations.

Experience with Git, source control, and Azure DevOps pipelines or equivalent CI/CD tooling.
