Role Overview

The Developer Experience (DevEx) Engineer will build the tools, templates, scripts, and AI agent configurations that help development teams adopt consistent, efficient, and secure AI-first engineering practices.

The role focuses on configuring agentic coding tools, creating reusable prompt and rules files, integrating MCP servers, automating developer workflows, and validating tooling before rollout. Candidates must demonstrate that their tools or automation have been adopted by other developers—not merely that they personally use AI tools.
