Probation:
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹17,000 - 22,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,70,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 2,40,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 - 30,000 /year
