About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager to lead a team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure business goals are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and people leader who can balance team development with operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Set clear expectations, priorities, and performance objectives.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Support employee development through training, mentoring, and ongoing guidance.
Manage day-to-day operations and ensure processes are followed effectively.
Identify operational challenges and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates.
Ensure a high standard of quality, productivity, and customer experience.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
Help with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Encourage collaboration and maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive team environment.
Communicate important updates, changes, and company initiatives to the team.
Work closely with other departments and leadership to support wider business objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and overall team efficiency.
Requirements
Previous experience in a management, team lead, or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and make effective decisions.
Comfortable working with performance metrics and KPIs.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and develop team members.
