About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager to lead a team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure business goals are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and people leader who can balance team development with operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals.

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure processes are followed effectively.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates.

• Ensure a high standard of quality, productivity, and customer experience.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.

• Help with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

• Encourage collaboration and maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive team environment.

• Communicate important updates, changes, and company initiatives to the team.

• Work closely with other departments and leadership to support wider business objectives.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and overall team efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a management, team lead, or supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and make effective decisions.

• Comfortable working with performance metrics and KPIs.
