Job Purpose
Responsible for planning and delivering technical training programs for engineering personnel on pharmaceutical process equipment used in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and injectable manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement technical training plans, competency matrices, and equipment-specific training modules.
Conduct theoretical and hands-on training on OSD equipment such as RMG, FBD, blenders, tablet compression, coating, and capsule filling machines.
Deliver training on injectable equipment, including vial washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, filling machines, autoclaves, and lyophilizers.
Train engineering personnel on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment qualification, and safety practices.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, data integrity, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with QA, Production, Validation, and OEMs for technical training and knowledge transfer.
Maintain training records, assess competency, and monitor training effectiveness.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical process equipment for OSD and injectables.
Experience in engineering maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment qualification.
Good technical training, communication, and documentation skills.
Understanding of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical engineering practices.
