Johnson & Johnson seeks a Deployment Lead Analyst to lead global deployment of integrated business planning solutions including SAP IBP, BDC, and SAC across business units. The role focuses on standardizing planning processes, managing data architecture, and driving organizational adoption while ensuring alignment between enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of IBP, BDC, and SAC solutions across regions and business units
• Drive standardization of integrated planning processes including demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial planning
• Establish data foundations covering integration, harmonization, governance, and availability for analytics
• Manage testing preparation, execution, and UAT coordination across deployment phases
• Define deployment KPIs, business benefits metrics, and lead organizational change management

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in finance or related field
• MBA in Finance, CA, or ICWA certification preferred
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Analytical Cloud
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and integration capabilities
• Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud and supply chain planning
• Proficiency with Jira/X-ray tools and global deployment methodologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex financial topics clearly
