Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end deployment of IBP, BDC, and SAC solutions across regions and business units
Drive standardization of integrated planning processes including demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial planning
Establish data foundations covering integration, harmonization, governance, and availability for analytics
Manage testing preparation, execution, and UAT coordination across deployment phases
Define deployment KPIs, business benefits metrics, and lead organizational change management
Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in finance or related field
MBA in Finance, CA, or ICWA certification preferred
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Analytical Cloud
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and integration capabilities
Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud and supply chain planning
Proficiency with Jira/X-ray tools and global deployment methodologies
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex financial topics clearly
